Tuition and Fees

ENROLLMENT FEES
The registration fee is nonrefundable, nontransferable or any such like. It is a
onetime fee that is submitted along with the pre-application for enrollment.
The annual material fee is due and payable upon registration and/or
September 1st of each year. (Material fee includes curriculum and other
educational supplies, if student is enrolled after May 1st and before
September 1st only one fee will be due. If student is enrolled before May 1st
another materials fee will be due on September 1st.
FINANCIAL POLICY
Tuition payment is due whether student is in attendance or not. Tuition is
due by 6:00pm every Friday for the next upcoming week. If payment is not
received by 6:00pm on Friday your account will be charged a $25 late fee if
the late fees are not paid your child will be terminated and not able to attend
again until the $50 registration fee has been paid, and your child has been re-
enrolled. If you child attends full time, Monday – Friday, you may choose to
pay bi-weekly or monthly. The monthly payment is due on the 30th of each
month by 6:00pm. If the 30th of the month falls on a day that the daycare is
closed, payment must be received in full on the following business day by 6:
00pm. If payment is not received by 6:00pm at this time your child will
automatically be terminated and not able to attend again until the $50
registration fee has been paid, and your child has been re-enrolled. Prices
are subject to change at discretion of board of directors.
Checks and money orders should be made payable to SOFCC (Spirit of Faith
Christian Center). Tuition payments are to be made by check or money
orders only (NO CASH). In the memo section of check or money order
reference child’s name and tuition period (example: tuition for Jon Davis for
9/4-9/11). Partial payment of any amount is considered unpaid.
